Last July, Aquanima inaugurated a new working environment in the Corporate HQs in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid. The company is a pioneer in carrying out a pilot project that seeks to create a new way of working in a more agile and dynamic way, based on the configuration of free seating and greater communication and collaboration between employees.

With this new arrangement and the creation of multidisciplinary work teams, Aquanima seeks to increase efficiency in its daily operations, hence being able to respond to its customers’ needs quicker and easier, providing them with greater added value.

It is a new environment that facilitates collaboration between colleagues and integration between teams through the appropriate use of time and space. In this way, both Aquanima and the Group continue to achieve their simplification objectives and make good strides in their efforts to be more Simple, Personal and Fair in everything they do.
