Negotiate gifts for the Christmas campaign.
We divided the campaign into two buys:
Wine. We negotiated online to choose a vintage wine and a reserve wine, and we chose a supplier for each type of wine.
Gifts. We chose them from among wide range of samples, negotiated the prices of each one and worked with 10 suppliers for 24 items.
We did not commit to a minimum purchase; we simply gave the various vendors an estimate based on the previous year’s campaign results.
For this client obtained a savings of EUR 188K vs. the best RFQ response.
